When do I receive my tokens?
$SPLI tokens will be distributed at our Token Generation Event (TGE), planned for Q4 2026. You'll receive a SAFT agreement documenting your token allocation.
Is this an equity investment?
No, this is a token purchase agreement (SAFT). You're purchasing future $SPLI utility tokens, not company equity. Tokens can be used for premium features, staking rewards, and governance.
What's the minimum investment?
$100 minimum for community investors. Accredited investors can invest up to $100,000 with additional perks.
How do bonus tokens work?
Higher investment tiers receive bonus tokens on top of the base rate (100 tokens/$1). For example, $500 tier gets 10% bonus = 55,000 tokens instead of 50,000.
