Cashback remains "pending" until the merchant confirms your purchase (typically 30-90 days). This waiting period allows for returns or cancellations. Once confirmed, your cashback becomes available to withdraw.

Once your balance reaches $10, you can withdraw via PayPal (instant), bank transfer (1-3 days), gift cards (+5% bonus), or $SPLI tokens (+50% bonus). Go to Dashboard > Withdraw to request payout.

When you see a "Scam Blocked" warning, Prospector has detected that the website may be fraudulent. This could be a phishing site impersonating a real store, a known scam operation, or a site with security issues. We recommend leaving immediately.

We analyze domain age, SSL certificates, lookalike URLs (homograph attacks), community reports, and compare against our database of 2M+ known scam sites. Our AI continuously learns new patterns to protect you from emerging threats.

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Payment Methods to add or update your PayPal email, bank account, or crypto wallet address. Changes take effect immediately for future withdrawals.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please withdraw any remaining cashback first as it cannot be recovered after deletion. Account deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days.
